La Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica del IDIGER le solicitó a la Corporación aclarar la parte resolutiva del precitado fallo, en el sentido de indicar cuál sería la orden dada al Instituto porque lo dispuesto en la providencia ya se realizó.
Teniendo en cuenta que la petición fue formulada de manera extemporánea, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLA.
